DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM CAKE ORDERS?
HOW FARÂ IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
If you are wanting to place an order for our tall, tiered or custom cakes - we require a minimum 4 weeks notice. However this may not always guarantee availability.
Due to Covid, many events have had to be postponed and that means most dates can get booked out very quickly. We will always try our best to accommodate all custom orders however sometimes we can reach our capacity and are unable to take any more for particular dates. Please get in touch as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. Â
HOW DO I SECURE MY CUSTOM CAKE ORDER?
DO YOU CREATE FONDANT CAKES?
We only use fondant for decorations on cakes, such as cutout lettering, shapes & sugar figurines.Â
DO YOU OFFERÂ ANY GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE OR VEGAN CAKES?
Our available gluten free flavours are Chocolate Mud, Sponge with Jam & Cream and a Black Forest sponge.
Our dairy free cakes is our popular mega donut cake! They come plain iced or with jam filling inside. These are often made to order and we cannot guarantee availability in store - please enquire with our staff to make an order!Â
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAR BACK AFTER SUBMITTING MY ENQUIRY FORM?

All orders require a 50% deposit to secure the order at the time of ordering and the rest is payable upon collection.Â
OUR POLICY WHEN ORDERING
All orders require a 50% deposit to secure the order at the time of ordering and the rest is payable upon collection of your items.
In the event that there is a lockdown or restrictions are still in place, customers are eligible for a full refund of their deposit one full week prior to their event date.
If it is less than a week, the deposit remains here for any future orders to be used. It is not forfeited and can be used as credit towards anything in store.
All orders are eligible for a full refund if cancelled a week prior to the event date.*
Any cancellations made in the week of the event are eligible for a credit note.*
Any orders cancelled in less than 2 days notice result in a loss of the 50% deposit and the remaining 50% is eligible for a credit note.Â
* All custom items/ toppers created for your order are to be fully paid for and collected from our store.Â
* All Credit Notes are valid for 12 months from the event date.Â
